Coach Ho is the head of the Tennis Program and is entering his tenth year coaching, six of which have been at Capo Valley. Moving into his second year as the Girls Varsity Head Coach and his seventh with the Boys, he is incredibly excited to continue to build on the success of last year. In addition to coaching, he is also an English Teacher at San Clemente High School. He currently teaches IB/AP Lang, English I Honors, and English I.

Coach Ed is entering his eighth year as the Boys’ and Girls’ JV Coach. Listing all of his tennis accolades would be a futile endeavor, but a few highlights from his prodigious tennis career include League Champions and CIF Champions in high school, several tournament wins well into his...older years (you won't get Coach Ed's age here), and numerous other tennis accomplishments. Coach Ed’s only daughter graduated from Capo Valley in 2017. Fun Fact: Coach Ed's best man was his tennis coach when he was married, and he hopes to have the same positive impact on his athletes.

Coach Sue has been playing tennis for thirty years and has been coaching for six. She graduated from USC and is the mother of five amazing kids. A twelve-time captain of her league tennis team, she has also reached the finals in Merecedes-Benz Pro-Am classic. Her goal is to expose the young students under her care to love the sport of tennis.

Coach Kellie has played tennis for 10+ years, played on varsity for four years (achieving Sea View League Doubles Runner-Ups as a junior and Sea View League Doubles Champions as a senior with her partner, Raina), and was a captain of the team during her senior year. She brings a wealth of experience, an amazing kindness & affability, and a much-needed injection of youth into our program. Coach Kellie is currently attending Saddleback College and is a member of the Women's Tennis Team. Go Bobcats!

Coach Raina has played tennis for 7+ years, played on varsity for four years (achieving Sea View League Doubles Runner-Ups as a junior and Sea View League Doubles Champions as a senior with her partner, Kellie), and captained the team during both her junior and senior years. We are lucky to have her knowledge, strong leadership, intense competitiveness, and energetic team spirit this upcoming season. Coach Raina will be attending the University of California, Irvine in the Fall and plans to join the Club Tennis Team.

Coach Zach has played tennis for 7+ years and played on varsity for three years (helping lead our Boys’ team to their first league title in 20 years as a senior). His enthusiasm, love for the sport, and his leadership are all unmatched, and we cannot wait to see how the students grow with his help this year. Coach Zach will be attending the University of California, Los Angeles in the Fall.
